July 15th Voter Information


It is very important that we get our supporters out to vote!  Please remind your family, friends and neighbors that their vote does matter to get the right person in as your Sheriff.   

How to Vote : There are three ways to vote for Keith in the Republican Primary.   Remember, voter identification is REQUIRED before you can vote.

  1. Election Day is Tuesday, July 15, and your vote MUST be cast at your assigned polling place (see #1 below)  
  2. Advanced Voting from July 7 - July 11 at any of the five locations listed below, (see #2 below)
  3. Absentee Voting from June 2 - July 4 at the Elections and Registration office in McDonough (see #3 below)

Listed below are details on When and Where to vote:

1. Election Day - Polls open Tuesday, July 15 , 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM .  If you are unsure where to vote, click the Precinct Locator  or go to http://www.sos.state.ga.us/elections/locator.htm . 

2. Advance Voting - Additionally for your convenience, Early Voting is allowed from Monday, July 7 through Friday, July 11 from 7:00 AM -7:00 PM at any one of the following five Advance Voting locations: 
  • McDonough : Elections and Registration office, 66 Veterans Drive, 30253 
  • Stockbridge : Cochran Memorial Library, 4602 N. Henry Blvd., 30281 
  • Locust Grove : Locust Grove Public Library, 115 L G Griffin Road, 30248 
  • Hampton : Berea Christian Church, 37 Woolsey Road, 30228 
  • Fairview Area : Fairview Public Library, 28 Austin Road, 30281

You may vote at any of the locations shown above for Advance Voting BUT on Election Day (July 15th) you MUST vote at your assigned precinct.  

3. Absentee Voting - For voters unavailable for either Advance Voting or on Election Day, the third option is to request and complete an absentee ballot form.  This is an ideal option for family members who travel or those heroes who are serving our country as members of our military. 

Absentee voting is available from June 2 - July 4 .  The Absentee Ballot form and instruction are available at the Elections and Registration office, 66 Veterans, McDonough, GA 30253.  Click on the Absentee Ballot form link above to review or print off the Absentee Ballot application form before going to the Elections and Registration office.
